What support to I get?
Our hosting service is only made available to our design, development and markting customers making this a very specialized service. With that said, we provide phone support to all of our PixelBait Plus customers from 8am to 6pm EST on business days and emergency phone support 24/7 for all customers.
Why are you more expensive than services like GoDaddy & Network Solutions?
Our hosting service does come at a premium price, however, this is because we provide a solid foundation for your Web site with high levels of security, a dedicated support team and a very low domain to server ratio. (Lower than any other Web & Email hosting service at our price level.)
Is my Web site backed up?
Every domain is backed up daily. These backups are kept for seven days and then archived for 30 days. Backups include all files, databases, and logs.
How many domains do you host on one server?
We limit our hosting to 50 domains per server. This is a small fraction of what the large “discount” hosting providers offer.
